You’ll play a critical role in testing, monitoring, and optimizing both the front-end and back-end systems, ensuring the seamless interaction between users and their AI Pals. From working on real-time interactions to refining features for businesses to connect with their audiences, you’ll contribute to shaping the future of AI-driven communication. Your focus will be on enhancing quality, improving performance, and ensuring our products meet the expectations of millions of users globally.

Who You Are
We're seeking quality engineers who are detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to ensuring exceptional user experiences through the highest standards of product quality.
Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in QA or related fields.

• Proven expertise in writing test cases, app testing, including creating test environments and executing end-to-end testing workflows.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.

• A structured and detail-oriented approach to tasks.

• Patience and commitment during testing and iteration phases.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with both White Box and Black Box testing methodologies.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting product or program issues independently.

• Understanding of the complete software testing lifecycle and process. 

• Experience with API Testing via Postman or other similar tools.

What You’ll Do

As a Quality Engineer at PalUp, you’ll be essential in upholding our platform’s excellence. 

• Crafting and executing comprehensive test plans and cases

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and address issues

• Conducting manual and automated tests to ensure optimal functionality

• Documenting bugs in detail and collaborating with developers for resolutions

• Supporting the creation and upkeep of automated testing tools and frameworks

• Tracking and reporting key product quality metrics
