  • 1+ years of experience in software validation, quality assurance or technical auditing preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for learning and understanding complex consumer electronics products.
  • Experience with issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira) preferred.
  • Proficient in testing and troubleshooting on both iOS and Windows platforms.
  • Proficient in using documentation and knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize complex information logically.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and product managers.

What we offer:

The compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience. Discover-Echo provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and other supplemental coverage, along with a 401(k) plan featuring a company match of up to six percent. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic microscopy company that is advancing innovation and making a meaningful impact in life science research.
