Software Quality Assurance Specialist develops and maintains systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements
As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Running RCA (Root cause analysis) such as (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) and MoC (Manage of change)
- Running FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
- Auditing Software Projects against QMS (Quality management system)
- Identifying program deviance from standards, and suggest modifications to ensure compliance with the standard below in the requirements
- Developing or specifying standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelors in Engineering/Technology or related discipline
- Have knowledge in BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 - Quality Management Systems
- Have knowledge in TickITPlus
- Have knowledge in BS ISO/IEC 20000-1: 2018 - Information technology: Service management. Service management system requirements
- Have knowledge in BS 10754-1:2018 - Information technology. Systems trustworthiness. Governance and management specification
- Have knowledge in BS EN ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 - Information technology - Security techniques - Information security management systems
- Have knowledge in BS EN ISO/IEC 27001: 2022 - Information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection - Information security management systems
