We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (QA) Interns to join our dynamic software team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment at the intersection of EV technology and software development. As a QA Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our diverse software products, including web applications, mobile applications, and IoT dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the quality assurance processes for our web applications and mobile applications, ensuring high standards before product launches.
- Identify, document, and meticulously track software defects, usability issues, and inconsistencies across various platforms.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to effectively communicate findings and ensure timely resolution of identified bugs.
- Contribute to the creation, execution, and maintenance of comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform cross-platform and cross-browser testing to guarantee product consistency and optimal user experience across different devices and environments.
- Learn and apply various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and basic performance testing.
- Provide constructive feedback on software design and user experience to enhance overall product quality.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Foundational understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) principles and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying discrepancies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and testing tools.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and programming concepts (e.g., JS) is preferred.
- Genuine enthusiasm for Electric Vehicles (EV), IoT technologies, and contributing to sustainable solutions.
