ABOUT THE ROLE:
At Orion180, we’re building modern, tech-forward insurance solutions—and quality is non-negotiable. We’re looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager who is passionate about great software, loves finding (and preventing) bugs, and gets energy from helping teams ship high-quality features on time.
This role is perfect for a strong Senior QA Engineer ready for the next step or an existing QA Manager who still enjoys being close to the work. You’ll lead a small but growing QA team, shape our testing strategy, and partner closely with development and product to ensure our web and API platforms are rock solid.

- Partner with development and product
- Work closely with development managers, product owners, and scrum masters to align quality goals with sprint and release plans.

- Help teams design testable systems and improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
- Maintain high standards
- Ensure team members follow Orion180’s operational standards, security practices, and compliance requirements.
