As part of our business growth, we are seeking a Software Project Manager to join our C&I Solution team. We’re looking for someone with the skills and knowledge to manage software projects and components in large, multi-disciplinary projects, lead complex cross-functional developments, and effectively communicate and cooperate with different stakeholders globally. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing projects involving engineering teams from various domains (Embedded, Cloud, SaaS, Mobile, IoT, etc.) to deliver high-quality software products.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Drive project scope, objectives, components, integration points, dependencies, and timelines in close collaboration with development and cross-functional teams.
• Define and prioritize project scope in partnership with Product Management, R&D, and Project Management teams, aligning deliverables with stakeholder expectations and business goals.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed software delivery plans, ensuring alignment across engineering, QA, integration, and other relevant teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to support smooth engineering execution and timely project deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, implementing contingency plans to avoid delivery disruptions.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, gaining their trust to facilitate seamless project delivery and support strategic business objectives.
• Drive execution excellence and continuous process improvement, implementing best practices for software delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Industrial Management, Information Systems, or equivalent technical background).
• 3+ years of experience in software development project management or program management in a tech company, with experience managing complex, cross-functional software projects.
• Strong experience with software development processes and familiarity with different domains in software products, along with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project-tracking and collaboration tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships and influence without authority.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to ensuring high-quality deliverables.
