  • Backlog Management: Collaborate with engineering to refine and prioritize tickets based on business value, feasibility, and milestones. Keep the backlog updated with feedback and changing needs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main liaison between development and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and scope changes.
  • Sprint Preparation & Execution: Support agile ceremonies, ensuring goals are clear, expectations are aligned, and blockers are resolved promptly.
  • Validation & Documentation: Join sprint reviews to confirm software meets requirements. Ensure proper documentation of test results, design notes, and traceability.
  • Quality & Compliance: Emphasize software quality. Ensure deliverables meet standards for functional safety, ASPICE, and automotive development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with architects, validation, hardware teams, and customers to ensure full alignment.
  • Risk & Change Management: Proactively address risks and adapt to scope changes or technical challenges.

Your Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Software Project Manager in automotive or industrial embedded systems
  • Strong technical understanding of automotive software development, ideally including BMS, ECU, CAN, or AUTOSAR
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and modern ALM/PLM tools
  • Knowledge of automotive standards such as ISO 26262, ASPICE, or SAE J1939
