ForeFlight is seeking a Software Process Analyst who will be responsible for implementing and maintaining various regulatory and compliance requirements. This role involves collaboration with others throughout the organization in order to maintain the quality and safety of our products and services. Candidates skilled in creating efficient and creative solutions to compliance challenges are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:

• Authoring and reviewing processes and procedures
• Collaborate with development teams to gather requirements and understand process workflows
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, guidelines and best practices
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline workflows
• Conduct process assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide training and support to teams on process-related topics, tools and methodologies

Qualifications:

• 2-4 year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in quality management
• Experience implementing ISO 9001
• Must be able to implement flexible processes
• Demonstrate project management skills with multiple on-going projects, training and technical writing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Confluence, Jira, or similar software
• Familiarity of AS91000, CASA part 175, DO-200B is a plus
• A background in aviation is highly valued, but not required
