ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide system setup, configuration changes, training, implementation, and support of FRONTSTEPS products
- Consult with clients throughout implementation to ensure software is configured to meet their technical requirements and specifications
- Manage multiple multi-stakeholder implementation projects simultaneously
- Ensure customer and project teams have clear expectations and that task deadlines are met
- Conduct training sessions for clients to educate users on the features and functionality of the software platform
- Proactively identify issues and manage conflicts that may arise to ensure the quality of the project is not compromised
- Provide reporting and status updates on projects
- Document best practices, processes, and procedures to streamline future onboarding efforts
- Ability to implement products through coordination of resources and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Work with cross-departmental teams to forward company and maximize client’s product adoption
- Additional responsibilities (including special projects) may be assigned as needed
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
- 1 - 3 years in a SaaS implementation environment in a customer facing solution delivery or implementation role implementation
- Proven ability to multi-task utilizing time management and work prioritization skills
- Ability to use critical thinking skills to investigate and solve problems to maintain premier customer onboarding experiences
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strict attention to details and highly organized
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new processes quickly
- Adaptable to change
- Knowledge of HOA/Community Management preferred
- Knowledge of FRONTSTEPS suite of products a plus
- Training experience is preferred but not required
- Project management knowledge preferred but not required
