Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Front-End Tech Lead (Individual Contributor) with a strong track record in designing and building scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on front-end architecture, implementation, and mentorship. The ideal candidate is a deep expert in Angular and modern front-end practices and technologies, with the ability to deliver high-quality code and guide others by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable front-end solutions using Angular and related technologies.

• Build and maintain a library of reusable UI components and front-end frameworks to support multiple projects.

• Act as a technical mentor, conduct code reviews, pair programming sessions, and sharing best practices with junior and mid-level engineers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, back-end engineers, and DevOps to ensure seamless delivery of features.

• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs using OpenAPI specifications.

• Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployment using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

• Manage containerized front-end deployments using Docker, ensuring consistency across environments.

• Ensure code quality through automated testing frameworks such as Playwright and enforce quality gates via SonarQube.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: BE/BTech/MCA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in front-end development with significant exposure to enterprise-grade applications.

Technical Skills:

• Angular: Advanced, hands-on experience with the latest versions.

• RxJS: Strong knowledge of reactive programming paradigms.

• TypeScript: Expert-level proficiency with best practices.

• OpenAPI: Experience integrating and consuming RESTful services.

• Containers: Practical experience with Docker for front-end environments.

• CI/CD: Proficiency in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Good To Have Tech Skills

• Playwright: experience with test automation and E2E testing.

• SonarQube: Familiarity with static code analysis and enforcing code quality standards.
