Software Engineer II for Honeywell International, Inc. (Atlanta, GA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and assess product development requirements and develop component/feature specifications.
- Design, architect and verify requirements for highly available and fault-tolerant capabilities.
- Assist with solving problems and resolving service-related issues.
- Be a go-to person for other teams developing products against these services.
- Contribute to the architecture design of Honeywell's enterprise core software services platform.
- Constantly learn to remain current on the latest User Interfaces trends.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field, and 2 years of React experience.
- Must have 2 years of experience with the following: Restful API consumption; React Redux or similar state management tool; React Jest Unit Testing; Semantic HTML; CSS & SCSS; ability to create generic reusable components for wider consumption.
- Telecommuting permitted up to 2 times per week.
- *Employer will accept pre-Bachelor’s experience.

- 40 hours/week
