Skills
4 to 6 years of technology related experience in product / startup companies, working on Microsoft technologies.
Good understanding in abstraction, coding and system design skills and a deep passion and curiosity for new technology.
Understanding and experience of the C/C++, MFC and object-oriented concepts.
Understanding and experience of C#.Net, WPF, WCF.
Experience in debugging and troubleshooting application issues like memory leaks, crashes etc.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Contribute to multiple subsystems across Experion, working closely with Technical leaders and Architects in delivering top notch quality product.
- Identify and lead in productivity improvements, automation etc to enable saving and improve Built in Quality
- Work on Design, impact analysis and implementation delivery of assigned projects within the planned schedule with good quality.
- Stabilize owned subsystems, ensure quality and frontend customer interactions, third party vendors
- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams and varying time zones, strive to enlist support in ensuring quality product delivery
- Grow expertise in industrial automation domain, be up to date with relevant technology trends and employ them to enable product transition to latest technology
- Actively participate in team and organizational initiatives, drive performance culture, guide team members.
