Job Duties
- Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and maintains software code according to functional, non-functional and technical design specifications.
- Responsible for performing impact assessment and ensure software application code is maintainable, scalable and supportable.
- Identify and troubleshoot software performance issues at multiple layers of deployment to resolve production defects and software design issues.
- Serves as an expert on specific software modules, applications and/or technologies, and works on complex assignments during the software development life cycle.
Job Requirements
- Education & Work Experience: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or Information Technology or Computer Programming or Software Development plus 60 months of experience in Software development and analysis senior IT positions.
- Skillsets: Must have knowledge of (i) Development Environment Software languages - i.e. ProC, Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Visual Basic, PLSQL, Java Scripting; (ii) Integration Software/Data Migration Software - i.e. C/C++, Oracle SQL, and informatica; (iii) Web Technologies - i.e. Java Spring framework and CICD using GIT/JENKINS, Tomcat, XML, HTML, Unix/Linux Shell scripting
