About the Role:
We seek a strong, technically driven manager to head the Platform-Core team. The team is responsible for the core control services of our Fusion platform.
In this role, you’ll lead the development of the core platform services such as Account & User Management, Authentication & Authorization, Subscription and Features management, and more. You’ll be responsible for the design, delivery, and quality of critical systems that support scale, security, and product flexibility. As importantly, you’ll mentor and grow a talented engineering team, shaping its culture and technical direction.
What You’ll Do:
- Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead a high-performing full-stack engineering team responsible for our foundational Fusion ecosystem control services
- Support the professional development of your team members through mentorship, coaching, and feedback.
- Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and high technical standards.
- Set and uphold a high bar for software quality, reliability, and delivery.
- Technical & System Ownership
- Own the design and implementation of the services and features under the team's responsibility
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient services in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and cross-team stakeholders to deliver business-critical capabilities.
What You've Done So Far:
- 5+ years of backend development experience in Node.js, NestJS (Advantage: Java, Spring)
- 2+ years leading engineering teams or in a senior technical leadership position
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
- Experience building SaaS platforms in multi-tenant environments
- Strong system design and architectural decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
