Job Description:As an Entry-Level Software Engineer, you will be an essential part of our engineering team, working with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality software. This is an entry-level position, so we are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in programming, a passion for learning, and the ability to grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and deploy new features in our core product, working with a variety of technologies and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and QA) to deliver high-quality software.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software to improve performance and fix bugs.
Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and learning by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Assist in the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++).
Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js) is a plus.
Basic understanding of databases and SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Good communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas and technical concepts.
A strong passion for learning new technologies and growing within the role.
Ability to work in the PST time zone for remote collaboration.
