About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and help develop software management solutions in the automotive domain. The role combines hands-on development, technology exploration, and integration of open-source solutions in a fast-moving environment.
Who we’re looking for: a strong engineer who enjoys learning new technologies, building real systems, and working in a dynamic environment with constantly evolving technologies. Candidates with personal projects, open-source contributions, or hands-on experimentation with AI technologies are highly valued.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement software components.
- Explore and integrate open-source technologies.
- Work with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, Agile).
- Quickly learn and adopt new technologies as part of evolving system architecture.
- Use AI tools and modern AI-driven workflows to improve development, research, debugging, and productivity.
What You Need to be Successful
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Strong programming skills in at least one modern language (Rust experience is an advantage).
- Experience with Linux environments.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn independently.
- Strong familiarity with modern AI-driven development workflows.
- Hands-on experience using LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted software development tools is a strong advantage.
