We are looking for engineers who have a deep understanding of the systems they use.
As a Software Engineer (RL), you'll most likely:
- Solve hairy, open-ended technical problems central to the robustness and fidelity of our RL environments.
- Design and create new tools and environments for difficult, complex, and realistic tasks.
You might be a good fit for this role if you:
- Have solved gnarly engineering problems.
- Deeply understand the systems you use.
- Have grit, tenacity, and creativity.
- Can learn rapidly and onboard quickly onto new projects. Able to get to MVP rapidly, and then iterate to produce a great product.
Compensation and benefits:
- Base salary of $200k-$500k+
- Substantial equity in addition to base salary and bonus
- Substantial performance bonus in addition to base salary and equity
- Visa sponsorship and relocation support
