About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver top-tier software solutions.
Your-Day-To-Day
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Node.js and Go.
- Optimize and enhance application performance and scalability.
- Implement secure and efficient data storage solutions (SQL, NoSQL).
- Develop and maintain microservices architecture, ensuring seamless integration.
- Collaborate with DevOps to manage cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve backend applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Your-Know-How
- 1+ years of experience in backend development.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with backend development programming languages such as Nodejs, or Go
- Experience with SQL
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).
- Experience with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, GCP Functions, etc.).
- Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
- Plus point in understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
