What Your Day Might Look Like:
- Build reliable software: Design and develop backend and web applications that support real business use cases.
- Own the delivery cycle: Contribute across the full software lifecycle — from understanding requirements to writing testable code, deploying, and improving systems over time.
- Break work into iterations: Collaborate with the team to break down projects into manageable increments and deliver value continuously.
- Keep systems healthy: Monitor and troubleshoot applications and cloud infrastructure using observability tools to ensure reliability and performance.
- Support the product: Help investigate and resolve issues reported by product or business users.
- Collaborate on solutions: Work with product teams and stakeholders to clarify use cases and translate them into practical system requirements.
- Document and share: Maintain clear documentation of requirements, use cases, and technical decisions to keep everyone aligned.

Requirements
Your Superpowers 🚀
- Experience building web and backend systems, ideally in production environments.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals across the development lifecycle (design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance).
- Experience working with relational databases (RDBMS).
- Exposure to managing or supporting production systems.
- Curiosity and ability to learn new languages, frameworks, and tools quickly.
- A pragmatic approach to problem solving and discussing solution trade-offs.
- A product-minded mindset, focusing on building software that solves real user problems.
