Two Six Technologies is currently seeking a Software Engineer with Active TS/SCI with Polygraph to support our customer's mission-essential applications within an Agile Team. The software developer will be responsible for the development, deployment, and support of Python web-based applications hosted on cloud computing platforms.
Other Responsibilities Include:
- Develop, test, and deploy new code and efficient software solutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality and reusable code.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in the application, including performance optimization and error handling
- Work on a Greenfield project to modernize and reimagine, rather than merely recreate a legacy system.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of software development experience, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Minimum 1 year of experience developing on Linux operating systems.
Nice If You Have:
- Developed software that leveraged AWS services, such as S3, SNS, SQS, RDS, OpenSearch, etc.
- Written and deployed AWS Lambda functions
- Understanding of AWS networking and security groups
- Working knowledge of CI/CD toolchains
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECR

- Active TS/SCI w. Polygraph

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary.
