- Develop, test, and maintain applications for Virtual Edge Cloud platforms using C/C++, Python on Linux platform.
- Work as a member of the team on projects involving development of new features, sustenance, handling engineering escalations
- Participate in all phases of product development cycle: from product definition and design, through implementation, debugging, testing and early customer support
- Work collaboratively with other peer team members and other teams on the product like QA, Systemic Test Engineering support and other dependent engineering teams to understand customer use cases, deliver solutions and bring in the value from those teams into work done within the team.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends.
- B-Tech / M-Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Science, E&CE or similar domain.
- 0–2 year of relevant experience (internships/projects count).
- Familiarity with design and development of system software.
- Solid programming fundamentals in languages like C/C++, Python.
- In depth knowledge of Unix/Linux System Programming, Multithreaded programming.
- Should have strong conceptual understanding of OS internals.
- Strong algorithms, data structures and multi-threaded programming expertise are plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Passion for building quality software and continuously improving.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration practices.
- Frontend and backend technologies, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Node.js.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Openstack, AWS and Azure
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Container, or Cloud Environments.
- Previous project experience (college projects, hackathons, internships).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git / SVN).
- Good self-organization “Self-starter, get things done” mindset.
- Desire and ability to learn.
