The Role
Become a part of the fastest growing segment in the automation space. As an AMR Controls/IT Software Engineer will be responsible for the engineering design and deployment of AMR Fleet management software at customer facilities, the building of standard libraries to improve programming efficiency, and the development new software interfaces enabling new product offerings and improvements.

- Working with customers to shape and deliver solutions while seeking customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements.
- Working on project deliverables and engineering tasks to ensure on time and on budget delivery
- Quickly identifying and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
- Collaborating with other engineering disciplines to ensure compatibility and functionality of the engineered system
- Documenting and presenting software designs to customers and internal teams
Required Skills for This Position:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering, Automation, Robotics solutions development, or AGV/AMR Engineering/programming
- Knowledge of FDL, C#, .NET
- Knowledge of web application development tools (ASP.NET, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Web Services)
- Knowledge in WEB Server programming using Node.JS, or similar frameworks
- Experience with co-development using Github/Bitbucket
- Familiarity with Visual Studio
- Knowledge of communication protocols with PLCs, SCADAs, MES, Kepware
- Experience with Rockwell, Siemens, PLC programming preferred
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database management
- Strong communication skills, experience presenting solutions and interfacing with customers
