What You’ll Be Working On
As a member of our engineering team you will be directly involved in every aspect of our development lifecycle. From building new features and fixing impactful bugs, to helping design and plan the future of our platform.
We have a backlog full of interesting and impactful work to pick up. A couple examples of recent work include:
- Realtime analytics platform that gives visibility into customer's conversations, built on top of ClickHouse
- Workflow automation platform, built on top of Temporal
- Robust knowledge source platform for RAG and recommendations
Stack: AWS (via Terraform), Clickhouse Node, Postgres, Svelte, Temporal, TypeScript
We hope you're comfortable with a few of these, but more importantly, we value the desire to learn.
The Challenge
You’re joining a team that is currently experiencing an inflection point in our business (Ask about it during your interview). We’re hitting product market fit as we look to fill this role. This means:
- You’ll be owning and building features in response to immediate customer feedback
- Not all the problems you’ll be working on have a clear solution, expect to weigh up the potential solutions, work with your teammates to identify potential pitfalls, and deliver real value to our customers
- You’ll be joining a small team, which gives you the opportunity to wear a lot of different hats

Tildei is an AI that learns your brand inside and out to power high-impact marketing and commerce experiences.
Tildei works by creating a customized Brand Knowledge Graph, and then activating it across channels (social, SMS, Web, Reddit etc).
