You enjoy guiding junior developers and are a lifelong learner who wants to improve and modernize our software stack.

A Day in the Life

• Create robust, scalable APIs to power our next-generation Robot Control system.
• Analyze and resolve the most challenging software problems with practical, efficient, and lasting solutions.
• Offer 2nd level support to customers when needed, ensuring their continued success.
• Work closely with colleagues across different countries to drive project success. This will include late night meetings from time to time
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure seamless convergence of hardware and software components.
• Conceive, assess, and implement software solutions to optimize the performance of robotic systems.
• Offer strategic guidance on the latest advancements in robotics technology and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Key success factors

• You are driven and proactive in your approach to work.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computing, Information Technology, or a related field (such as Physical Science or Mathematics).
• You bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Java as a developer.
• You have experience with Spring and Spring Boot, working in tandem with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• You are experienced in developing efficient algorithms.
• You have deep experience in overall system design and implementation.
• You are knowledgeable in Docker
• You have experience with remote deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
• You possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
• You are willing to take evening calls to collaborate with international colleagueBonus Skills: Experience with Python, C++, C, C#, machine learning, Arduino, and PLC programming is advantageous.

The Location: 1597 Cole Blvd, Lakewood, CO (MUST BE LOCAL) This is an in office role, when not traveling.

The Salary: $90,000- $130,000

The Travel: 20%
