We have partnered with a client seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team building innovative solutions with Azure, C#, SQL, and Angular. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain performant, scalable applications that meet the evolving needs of their business and customers.
About you:
- You are bringing strong business acumen with the ability to look beyond what is written in a ticket
- Your business partners would describe you as collaborative and believe that you seek to understand their processes and challenges.
- You have a strong growth mindset and have an insatiable curiosity
- BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience using .NET, C#, and service-oriented designs
- Experience working in highly regulated industries
About the role:
- Documents and leads implementation of software features and innovations
- Designs and develops optimized, testable, and maintainable code
- Provides technical leadership to multiple agile teams
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating problem definition, requirements, and proposed solutions
- Evaluates and presents ideas for technology improvements, including cost proposals and business value
- Performs testing and quality control during the software development life cycle
- Mentors others to facilitate a highly engaged and collaborative team
- Reliable, dependable, and predictable attendance is a requirements
Other questions you may have:
- We are targeting a mid-level software engineer with a target salary of $110k. (However, this client is open to hiring a more sr individual at a higher salary as well)
- This is a full time roll in Omaha, NE expected to be onsite.
