Simplex is looking for smart, curious, and driven individuals to join our technology team. Technology at Simplex is the core of the business. We are a technology company, specializing in high speed trading. We are looking for great people to work on all aspects of our trading system. Every member of the team works on the entire system from trading algorithm development, to high speed data analysis, and intelligent execution engine design.
Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years professional experience working with a high level language (C++, Java, C#)
- Linux/Unix experience
- A desire to work in electronic trading. We will teach you everything you need to know.
- Previous financial industry experience is a plus
- Experience in networked and multi-threaded software development
- Computer science or engineering degree or significant real world experience
- A track record of successfully generating new ideas, innovations, and executing on implementation
This position is 100% onsite in our Chicago office.
