Software Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and talented Software Engineer to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that solve real-world problems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software across the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• System Design & Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across front-end, back-end, or full-stack environments depending on project needs.
• Architecture & Scalability: Design and maintain scalable architectures, services, and APIs (REST/gRPC/GraphQL) capable of handling heavy traffic and complex workflows.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability, stability, and security.
• Code Reviews & Standards: Participate actively in peer code reviews, champion engineering best practices, and contribute to system architecture discussions.
• Debugging & Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and infrastructure issues across development and production environments.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to estimate tasks and deliver feature iterations on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production software applications.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one object-oriented or functional language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C++, or C#).
• Databases & Storage: Solid working knowledge of relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Software Fundamentals: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design patterns, and system design concepts.
• Tools & Workflow: Hands-on experience with version control (Git), modern CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in modern Web Frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, or FastAPI).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), or serverless paradigms.
