- Design, develop, test, and maintain full‑stack automations using Python/Django, SQL Server, and React.
- Create and consume REST APIs and integrate with internal systems and third‑party platforms via APIs or controlled browser automation.
- Apply generative AI and large language models to document processing, classification, and AI‑assisted reporting, implementing validation and audit controls.
- Own solutions end‑to‑end: design, deployment, monitoring, documentation, and production support.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and improve reliability, performance, and recoverability.
- Develop automated tests, conduct code reviews, and enforce CI/CD best practices.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for unattended automations.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, trading operations, tax, treasury, finance, and HR to validate business logic and communicate technical trade‑offs.
- Translate compliance and regulatory requirements into reliable, auditable technical solutions.
- Stay current with emerging automation and AI technologies and evaluate their applicability.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of professional software‑development experience with a solid grasp of the SDLC.
- Strong proficiency in Python and a modern web framework such as Django.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs.
- Proficient SQL skills with experience in relational databases like SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of a modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React) for UI development.
- Experience with browser‑automation/RPA tools and Unix shell scripting.
- Hands‑on experience integrating generative AI or LLM APIs into production applications.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a self‑directed, intellectually curious mindset.
Compensation Expectations: $120,000 -$140,000 Base Salary
