We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing a critical data ingestion pipeline and a data analysis and visualization tool. You will have the opportunity to work across the full technology stack, contributing to the reliability, performance, and insights derived from our data.
Your role and responsibilities:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our existing data ingestion pipeline built with Python.
Develop, maintain, and enhance their data analysis and visualization tool, primarily using Angular for the frontend and Java/Python/SQL Spanner for the backend.
Interact with data scientists, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data flow and observability requirements.
Implement new features and improvements to both the data ingestion pipeline and the data analysis and visualization tool based on evolving needs.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our engineering practices.
Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies and industry best practices.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with Java.
Solid experience with Angular for frontend development.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong soft skills, including clear communication, collaboration, and a proactive attitude.
Proficient English language skills (B2/C1 level), with comfort in regular 1:1 conversations with native English speakers.
Nice to have:
Experience with data ingestion technologies such as Apache Beam or Apache Spark.
Experience with observability tools and concepts (e.g., logging, metrics, tracing).
Familiarity with cloud platforms.
