You'll join our Warsaw engineering team and build the product our customers run their quoting and purchasing on every day. You'll ship real features from your first week, with senior engineers reviewing your work and pulling you into design decisions.
Full time, in person in our Warsaw office, 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. This is not a remote role.
Svelte, TypeScript, Postgres.
Build features end to end, from schema to UI.
Up to one week of international travel per quarter (SF HQ or customer sites).
3+ years building full-stack products.
You've shipped something you can show us: a GitHub repo, a live web app, or a Loom walkthrough.
Strong in TypeScript and at least one frontend framework (React, Svelte, Next, etc).
Comfortable writing SQL, not just calling an ORM.
You use AI coding tools every day and know where they break.
Fluent English.
You're comfortable working for founders in their early twenties.
Hackathons, meetups, or public speaking are a plus.
Low ego, curious, learns fast.
Initial call with engineer → Technical screening → Quick call with founder → fly out to SF/Warsaw HQ for onsite (on us) → offer.
Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience building full-stack products
- A shipped project that can be demonstrated through a GitHub repository, live web app, or Loom walkthrough
- Strong TypeScript skills and experience with at least one frontend framework, such as React, Svelte, or Next.js
- Ability to write SQL directly, beyond using an ORM
- Daily use of AI coding tools and understanding of their limitations
- Fluent English
- Comfort working for founders in their early twenties
- Hackathons, meetups, or public speaking experience
- Low-ego attitude, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly
- Availability for full-time, in-person work in the Warsaw office
