Job Description

As a front-end engineer in our technology team, you will develop and provide solutions that enable our agency teams to win in a marketplace. You will work with UX / Design, Product and fellow engineers to deliver transformative solutions across our platform.

As a UI engineer you will provide estimates and contributing to shared component code. You will work with reusable patterns, tests and documentation.

You will report to Senior Vice President, Data Engineering.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities:

• Discuss implementation details of UI/UX designs
• Provide estimations for time and level of effort
• Contribute to a shared component library
• Employ best practices around semantic markup and web accessibility
• Build pages to be responsive, performant and to handle errors accordingly
• Work in an Agile environment
• Manage deliverables as assigned in Jira
• Perform peer code reviews

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience developing web applications in React
• Proficiency with the latest JavaScript syntax (ES6+)
• CSS skillset and experience using CSS preprocessors such as SASS
• Experience with NodeJS and common build tools such as Webpack, Babel and Vite
• Understanding of Web Accessibility best practices
• Understanding of asynchronous request handling, promises and RESTful APIs
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and workarounds
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Experience developing UI components utilizing Storybook

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $105,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
