What you’ll own as – InP – Software Engineer Specialist

  • Take up key software development activities across the train
  • Help in taking up architectural decision across the train
  • Guide the team to achieve the project goals

What you bring

  • At least 10yrs of excellent .Net & C# hands-on experience, Web APIs
  • Working exp with Agile team/Groups, Scrum experience
  • Hands on experience with building RESTful Web APIs, microservices.
  • Strong expertise in OOPS concept, Distributed Architecture, SOLID principles, DevOPs practices.
  • Good understanding on any event driven architecture like service bus, Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Hands on experience in unit testing using Nunit/XUnit.
  • Strong expertise in databases such as: SQL, postGreSQL.
  • Fair Knowledge of Java script, HTML, JQuery, CSS.
  • Experience with Angular/React front-end framework will be an add-on. 
  • Experience in developing highly scalable and reliable web applications, including integration with internal and external systems.
  • Must be experienced in GIT and version control systems.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages an advantage
  • Hands on experience with tools like Jira or Rally 

About the team

Our Tech and Security teams keep us moving each day, no matter where we are in the world. From the hardware to the networks and everything between, they humbly make it all happen.

This position is with Sale & Boarding train. Our train comprises multiple teams working (as per SAFe guidelines) out of India and UK locations. We work in hybrid mode with flexible working hours giving maximum overlap between two locations. Teams work around .Net+Kafka tech stack using latest and greatest tools around the framework.

Sales and Bording train work around Merchant onboarding workflow. We build services and workflow to enable quick and smooth merchant onboarding over to our products and services offered in the market.

Our team works with all the latest tech stack and tools, and we keep on adapting to new tech. We encourage AI assisted work practices across development activities using GitHub Copilot. We are building workflow and services using distributed architecture patterns. Kafka is used as message broker across the services. As a Developer you will get the exposure to work with a team of highly skilled individuals working to modernize the business workflows.
