We are looking for a  Software Engineer Specialist in CMDB/ITOM (Servicenow) for our Boadilla del Monte offices with at least 5 years of experience in ITOM/CMDB (Servicenow).

Your role

We are looking for a Software Engineer Specialist based in our CMDB/ITOM team, a key team in our technology ecosystem.

This area is responsible for helping people improve the way they work and achieve business objectives effectively, providing support for learning and discovery, seeking synergies and creating a safe environment based on collaboration, trust and agility.

‍👩🏿‍💻 Your main tasks will be:

  • Advanced ServiceNow ITOM configuration: Service Mapping, Discovery, Cloud Management and System Administration: List/Form/Navigation; Pane Updates; Catalog Items; Workflow; Configuration Reviews; instance Patch Management; Creating Tables and Fields.
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented, with the ability to dig into data to identify key trends, results and critical outcomes for API.
  • Knack for gleaning customer insights from quantitative and qualitative data
  • Team oriented and ability to work in an agile manner

What you’ll bring

You’re sure to fit in if you like technology and are constantly learning about new developments, as well as having an interest in better understanding the risks faced by the Bank. In addition to developing your technical skills, you should also be interested in improving your soft skills

If you think you’ve got what it takes, these are the key skills we’ll be looking for in your CV:

  • Computer engineering or related training.
  • Experience in implementing the Scrum framework.
  • IT Service Management and IT Operation Management knowledge and understanding.
  • Solid experience working with ServiceNow platform, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Provisioning and Governance as well as ITSM applications in complex environments.
  • Experience with database design schemas and data modeling.
  • Advanced understanding in agile project management.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, to understand customer experience (highly desirable) including exposure to different countries / cultures and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and be results-oriented
  • Languages: Spanish and English

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management
  • Scrum Master/SAFe/ITIL/Lean

Languages:

  • Portuguese
