Knowledge of AWS and Azure services
UI customization and workflow development in ServiceNow
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good Soft Skills for customer empathy.
Technical aptitude and ability to continually evolve systems support skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain good working relationships with India and onsite partner teams.
