What you will be doing:

  • Analyze, design, program, debug and modify software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs.
  • Interact with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
  • Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
  • Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
  • Write code, complete programming and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
  • Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
  • Work with highly skilled team on Web application with .Net technologies.
  • Design & implement product features as per specification from Product management.
  • Participate in code reviews.
  • Create reusable common components & write unit tests.
  • Maintain code quality.
  • May deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and Business Management or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of .Net Web development experience (OOPS, Design) with strong C# skills. Understanding of patterns like MVC, MVVM,  SOLID.
  • Experience in developing web-based applications using C#, MVC Framework, REST / Web API, SQL Server, .Net framework, .Net Core, JQuery, Typescript and Design patterns
  • Good design skills using n-tier (Async. Patterns , Services,  business & data layers)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies  - Scrum, CI/CD and TDD
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and FinTech
  • Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, e.g., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
  • Strong background on object-oriented design, modular system and component development
  • Good understanding of clean coding practices, SOLID design principles
  • Understanding and Experience with Unit Testing Framework and Concepts
  • Hands on Experience with LINQ, Json, XML, Delegates
  • Experience with Source control, change tracking, version control tools

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience with GraphQL, Knockout Js, Nuget libraries and CI/CD pipeline
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills – ability to discuss technical and solutions to customers and other stakeholders and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
  • Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
  • Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and team building skills and establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members
  • Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to deliver quality product
