QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
- 14 years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Four years of additional software engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
- JIRA & GitLab: Experienced in managing development workflows, issue tracking, and version control.
- Proficient in coordinating Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile / Scrum Methodologies: Applied iterative development and sprint planning to improve collaboration, transparency, and velocity in software delivery.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform): Skilled in defining, provisioning, and managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform, enabling automated, repeatable deployments.

Target Salary Range$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
