The role
Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Join as a Software Engineer focused on Product to build internal tools and external integrations. The work is backend-oriented, with responsibility across the full product lifecycle and direct customer collaboration.
What you'll do
- Build internal applications for clinical case assignment, peer review, and business analytics.
- Connect the platform with customer systems such as PACS, RIS, and EHRs.
- Implement integrations using medical protocols including DICOM and HL7.
- Work directly with customers during onboarding.
- Identify workflow gaps and deliver product and operations automation.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of product or software engineering experience.
- Strong backend services, APIs, and data modeling skills.
- Experience owning product work end to end in a small or autonomous team.
- Ability to design integrations and reason through architecture tradeoffs.
- Independent ownership of medium-to-large engineering projects.
- Comfort working across the stack and directly with customer stakeholders.
Bonus points
- DICOM, HL7, PACS, RIS, or EHR integration experience.
- TypeScript and React experience.
- HIPAA or SOC 2 familiarity and a technical degree.

Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: USD 215,000 to 275,000 per year.
- Equity: Competitive equity.
Location and work model
- San Francisco, California, United States.
- Five days per week onsite.
- Visa transfers and new visa sponsorships are supported.
