Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Node.js
• Lead and mentor a team of UI & Backend engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum
• speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our products and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ Experience in Backend development focusing on Node.js.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and related front-end technologies.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. • Experience in working with Cloud Technologies
