Role
We are looking for exceptional ML/NLP engineers to join our team. We are working on fundamental problems in LLM based code-generation, document understanding, context synthesis and LLM based agents. Our team consists of experts from companies like Glean, Apple, Rubrik, Google and Meta.
Job responsibilities
- Build workflows/agentic pipelines for complex analytical workloads.
- Design evaluation framework and carry out evaluations of our query processing engine.
- Work closely with customers and founders to define the product and engineering roadmap.
- Shape up the engineering culture and tech stack for the company.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to work with hard NLP problems.
- Background in search/retrieval, LLMs, and evaluation pipelines is plus.
- Experience working in startup/fast paced teams is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
