Overview:  We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with expertise in .NET/C# and REST API development for cloud-native SaaS applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for the software development of our SaaS applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. You will be part of a talented team of developers in creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, and maintain .NET/C# RESTful APIs for our cloud-native SaaS applications.

• Implement scalable, secure, and well-documented software solutions that adhere to best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship, and share knowledge with peers to improve software quality and team expertise.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.

• Integrate third-party services and APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.

• Employ cloud services and tools to develop fully scalable and resilient applications in a cloud environment.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and post-deployment monitoring and support.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to minimize downtime and improve customer satisfaction.

• Stay up to date with emerging technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on the company’s products and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software development with a strong background in .NET/C#.

• Proven experience in building and leading REST API development for cloud-native SaaS applications.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with their respective services and management tools.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum or Kanban).

• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Experience with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Strong understanding of security principles and experience securing APIs and cloud-based applications.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of building positive relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., React or Angular).

• Certifications in cloud platforms or related technologies.
