Role Overview
Aarki is seeking results-driven and innovative Software Engineer to join our engineering team. As a software engineer for the Aarki team, you will be in the core team building and growing the programmatic demand-side platform (DSP) that leverages advanced machine learning algorithms and state-of-the-art software architecture to deliver performance metrics that beat the industry norms by several magnitudes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications;
- Design, code, and troubleshoot new features while debugging as necessary;
- Write clean code to develop functional web applications;
- Manage tools and processes for handling analytics data and metrics that measure and evaluate the quality of user experience;
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Software Development
- Strong fundamentals in computer science and software design and development
- Experience with building high-performance server-side tech
- Familiarity with server-side programming languages like C/C++, Java, Rust, or similar
- Solid analytical and communication skills
- BS in computer science, engineering, or equivalent fields
- Experience in the ad tech industry will be a plus
