DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Design, architect, and deliver enterprise-scale, high-availability backend and cloud systems that meet scalability, reliability, and security objectives. Provide hands-on technical leadership by defining architectural vision and standards, making key design decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams across advanced web and mobile solutions, enforcing code quality through rigorous reviews, and conducting architectural reviews to ensure compliance with technical standards and alignment with enterprise strategy. Partner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to translate technical issues and trends for executive audiences, align solutions to business goals, and oversee scope and timelines. Drive the full software lifecycle including gathering and translating requirements into technical specifications for delegation, identifying process optimizations and efficiency gains, and evaluating and introducing emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to enable continuous improvement and innovation. Own end-to-end release management including coordinating and leading release nights, as well as direct planning, execution, validation, and post-release monitoring to ensure successful deployments to staging and production that meet quality, compliance, and business requirements. Maintain strict security, privacy, and regulatory compliance by implementing advanced protocols and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related occupation.
