About the RoleAs a Software Engineer in our MIS & Tools team, you will design, develop and enhance software applications and digital solutions that support our business operations and the mobile networks of our shareholders.
You will work across software development, systems integration, process automation and data-driven applications, contributing to projects with real operational impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop and maintain web applications and internal software platforms, primarily using PHP, Laravel and JavaScript.
- Build scalable, reliable solutions and continuously improve existing applications.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, connecting different systems and platforms.
- Design and implement workflow automations using Power Automate and RPA technologies.
- Work with databases, ensuring efficient data management and system integration.
- Support GIS-related applications and mapping solutions used in telecommunications network operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to application deployment, testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Document technical requirements and ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability.
- Build solutions that matter: Develop applications and automations that directly improve real telecommunications operations.

RequirementsWhat You'll Bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Strong knowledge of PHP (8.0+) and Laravel.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern web development technologies.
- Familiarity with Vue.js and MVC architecture.
- Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL (MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL or similar).
- Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Understanding of version control, CI/CD practices and containerization technologies.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
- A collaborative mindset, ownership and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
- Experience with Python, Bash scripting or WordPress.
- Knowledge of Docker, Podman, Jenkins, Gitea or Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate or RPA solutions.
- Familiarity with GIS technologies, particularly ESRI ArcGIS.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to telecommunications networks or network-related applications.

Skills Required
