About the Role
We are seeking a skilled MATLAB Developer with 3–6 years of experience to design and develop automation tools, engineering utilities, and GUI-based applications. The role involves working on data analysis, signal processing, and automotive log analysis while improving engineering productivity through automation and efficient workflows.
What You Will Do
- Develop automation tools and engineering utilities using MATLAB, M-Scripting, App Designer, and Python
- Design and build GUI-based applications using MATLAB App Designer for data visualization, signal analysis, and report generation
- Create reusable MATLAB scripts for data processing, log analysis, validation, and workflow automation
- Develop Python scripts for automation, file handling, and engineering data analysis
- Perform automotive data analysis including CAN log parsing, signal extraction, and debugging activities
- Improve engineering productivity by automating repetitive tasks and optimizing internal workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis, issue resolution, and feature enhancements
- Manage tasks, sprint activities, and defect tracking using Jira in Agile environments
- Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and knowledge base articles using Confluence
- Support software validation, debugging, and testing activities
What You Need to Be Successful
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in MATLAB development
- Strong expertise in MATLAB M-Scripting and App Designer
- Experience in GUI development and data visualization
- Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting
- Strong understanding of data analysis, signal processing, and automation techniques
- Experience in CAN log analysis and automotive data handling
- Hands-on experience in debugging, validation, and testing activities
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
