· Have Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline

· Have 2 - 4 years development experience in Mainframe environment and strong in JCL, Cobol, CICS and DB2

· Be familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

· Possess good verbal and written communication skills

· Have initiative, patient and mature in thinking
