What You’ll Do
At a fast-moving company like Proscia, you’ll wear multiple hats—but on most days, you can expect to:
- Collaborate in an agile Scrum team using modern tools for requirements management, sprint planning, and delivery.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs that power the platform’s user experience and integrate with data processing pipelines.
- Partner closely with Product to understand the nuanced needs of our customers—including pathologists, lab technicians, and IT staff.
- Work across the stack with technologies like Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and frameworks like Vue.js for occasional frontend work.
- Help shape and implement test strategies using modern tools like Playwright to ensure product stability and performance.
What We’re Looking For
We’re a high-growth company looking for entrepreneurial developers who enjoy building in complex domains. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in TypeScript and SQL; experience with Node.js is especially valued
- Solid software engineering fundamentals and attention to detail
