As a software engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to deliver complete end-to-end solutions to your clients. Using your software engineering experience, you’ll help analyze the environment to ensure that your team’s solutions consider the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You’ll grow your skills as you learn new tools and techniques while helping to identify and implement system improvements.

You Have:
Experience with a programming languages or framework, including Java, C, C++, Python, or JavaScript
Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of systems development life cycle methodologies and associated activities
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or an IT field
Nice If You Have:
Knowledge of Agile development
Knowledge of Cloud platforms and operating systems
Knowledge of databases, including SQL or Oracle
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
