Project: Fintech project focused on multiple new integrations and the development of additional financial products
Location: We are considering candidates residing in Poland or Serbia
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and QA to build and maintain scalable backend services for fintech applications.
- Develop Java and Spring Boot–based microservices, APIs, and system integrations.
- Participate in technical design discussions and provide input on architecture and implementation approaches.
- Implement new features, fix defects, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Gain hands-on experience with distributed systems and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- 4+ years of software development back-end experience.
- Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs/microservices.
- Understanding of service-oriented architecture.
- Familiarity with event-driven systems (ActiveMQ, Temporal - or similar) and data stores (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- AWS, Kubernetes.
- Some front-end exposure (JavaScript/TypeScript, React) to support end-to-end coordination.
- Knoweledge of testing practicies, performance consideration.
