Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of our applications using Java and associated technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing software solutions that meet our business needs.
Responsibilities:
Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements.
Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities.
Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements.
Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause.
Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Java programming, experience with modern frontend frameworks, and a passion for full-stack development.
Design and development of a technology framework using frontend Angular framework development in the bank.
Experience with industry accepted coding practices for developing the applications as per the Design Document and helping in implementing them in production environment using Agile Methodology.
Experience with industry accepted coding practices for improving code quality of applications as per the Design Document and helping in implementing them in production environment.
Designing and implementing UI using HTML/JavaScript/CSS, JQuery, Handlebars, Node/NPM
Building server-side logic, APIs using Java, Spring Boot Microservices, Spring Security and Authentication, Hibernate/JPA
Testing and debugging to ensure code quality using Junit, Mockito, Jasmine.
Experience with Platform tools like SVN, BitBucket, Jira, Container, Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, Splunk, Apache Tomcat, Autosys
Packaging and deploying services via WAR files, Integration with downstream systems via RESTful and SOAP interfaces, Experience working with large code bases and collaborating with other team members, Experience troubleshooting system wide issues, Experience using Eclipse & VS Code IDEs

Experience with continuous integration & Unit tests.
