Software Engineer (J2EE, SpringBoot, Microservices & AWS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
• Mentor and coach junior developers to help them reach their full potential.
• Communicate project status and results to stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

• Core Skills:

  • Proficiency in J2EE, SpringBoot, Microservices, ReactJS, BigData.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of multithreading, OOPS, data structures, and design patterns.

• Database:

  • Experience developing with complex database environments (Oracle/MSSQL).

• Tools and Platforms:

  • Experience with continuous integration and build tools like Maven.

• Additional Skills:

  • Proven experience in operating within a global environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and scope.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Manage and optimize system performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in software development.
